Campus Crime Report - Sept. 20-30

Here are the recent crime reports for UT-Tyler's main campus according to UTTPD's Daily Crime Log. For more information, visit UTTPD's Daily Crime Log webpage.

Accident Motor Vehicle - Hit and Run - Police received a report of a hit and run incident involving a motor vehicle in Parking Lot E (HSC North Campus) on Sept. 28 at 10:24 a.m. This case is open.

Stalking - Police responded to an incident of stalking at The Herrington Patriot Center that occurred on Sept. 28 at 5:15 a.m. Authorities issued a criminal trespass warning and closed this case.

Terroristic Threat - Police responded to an incident of a terroristic threat at University Academy - Tyler on Sept. 26 at 1:20 p.m. This case resulted in a criminal arrest and is closed.

Disturbance, Resisting Arrest - Police responded to an incident of disturbance and resisting arrest at Liberty Landing Apartments on Sept. 24 at 2:12 a.m. This case is closed. 

Previously reported crime in September: 

Domestic Violence - Campus police responded to a domestic violence incident that occurred at The Foundry Apartments at 12:03 a.m. on Sept. 19. This case is closed. 

Minor in Possession of Alcohol - Campus police responded to an incident of a minor in possession of alcohol at Ornelas Hall at 12:28 p.m on Sept. 19. Authorities issued a referral to Judicial Affairs Office. This case is closed.

Harassment  - On Sept. 18, campus police responded to an incident of harassment that occurred at Ornelas Hall. 

Reckless Driving - On Sept. 14, campus police responded to an incident of reckless driving on the bike/walking trail from Liberty Landing to Victory Village at 9:16 p.m. Authorities issued a criminal trespass warning. 

Reckless Driving - On Sept. 13, campus police issued a referral to Judicial Affairs for an incident of reckless driving that occurred in the Liberty Landing Apartments parking lot at 10:34 p.m.

Accident Motor Vehicle - Hit and Run - On Sept. 13, police received a report of a hit and run that occurred in the Patriot Village parking lot at 3:34 p.m. This investigation is open. 

Minor in Possession of Alcohol - On Sept. 10, campus police responded to an incident of a minor in possession of alcohol at Liberty Landing Apartments at 12:54 a.m. Police referred this incident to Judicial Affairs. 

Alcohol Offense, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Purchase/Furnish Alcohol to Minor - On Sept. 10, campus police responded to an incident of Alcohol Offense, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Purchase/Furnish Alcohol to Minor at Liberty Landing Apartments at 12:41 a.m. Police referred this incident to The Judicial Affairs office. 

Drug/Narcotics - On Sept. 8, campus police responded to an incident of a drug / narcotics offense in the Victory Village parking lot at 10:47 p.m. Police referred this incident to Judicial Affairs.

Stalking - On Sept. 5, campus police issued a Title IX referral for a report of stalking in the Victory Village Apartments at occurred between midnight and 12:15 a.m. Police received the report that day at 11:36 p.m.

Harassment - On Sept. 1 at 1:18 p.m. campus police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred off campus. Authorities received the report from an off-campus jurisdiction. The report was for information only. 

Weapons Offense - On Aug. 31 at 7:06 a.m., police responded to a weapons offense at the Foundry Apartments. The incident led to a criminal arrest.
